Sammy Ray Scaggs' book - The Dreamweaver

I haven’t done a good job recently of carving out the time to read.  On Monday of this week I FINALLY returned to Pastor Sammy Ray Scaggs book “The Dreamweaver” (click for more info) and was very moved by the chapter on the birth of his grandson.

So many, even in the church, are in such great need of genuine fathering.  Our Father in heaven loves us with such an intense love and we have difficulty recognizing and walking in that love.

Who is your spiritual “father” or “mother” in the Lord?  Who is helping you to know God’s love in deep ways?

Who are you fathering or mothering?  There are plenty of opportunities beginning right in our homes.  Let’s be faithful to our loving Father and reach out to others with the overflow of what we have been given …
